Is the beach far?

The Residence is 100 meters from the sea, just a 2-minute walk on the road that leads directly to the beach.

Is it included in the price?

The beach is not included in the price.

Is there parking?

A parking space is reserved for each apartment in a covered garage 400 meters away.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, from 2025 the apartments are equipped with air conditioning.

How far are the center and the shops?

The residence is located in the tourist area of ​​the city, on the edge of the pedestrian area of ​​Via Dante, the shopping center and all the commercial shops. The CONAD supermarket is about 100 meters away, the city center less than 100 meters.

Is there a washing machine?

The residence is equipped with a coin-operated washing machine and ironing board in the common areas.

Is it all inclusive?

Yes, all consumption is included in the prices (water, electricity, gas, parking, taxes and linen), the only mandatory supplement is the final cleaning, €40 for the two-room apartment and €50 for the three-room apartment.

Do you have bicycles?

No, the residence is not equipped with bicycles, but we have a private courtyard with a gate to park them

Are there dishes, towels and sheets?

Yes, the apartments are equipped with complete kitchen equipment (there is no kitchen linen), bed linen and towels changed weekly.

Is there an additional cleaning of the apartment or an additional change of linen?

For those who wish, with three days' notice, we can provide a cleaning of the apartment or a change of linen for a fee.

Are arrival and departure mandatory on Saturdays?

Generally yes, only in case of availability, to be agreed with the Management, you can change the day.
Until the first week of June and after the first week of September, however it is also possible to request stays of less than a week, with arrivals and departures on days other than Saturday.

When do we have to leave the apartment?

The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am on the appointed day.

Upon departure, the apartment must be returned with the kitchenette clean, all kitchen equipment washed and without any type of rubbish inside.

Are pets allowed?

Generally they are only allowed if they are small in size and only if they are used to living in an apartment, not barking, scratching doors or curtains or peeing on balconies or sofas. We ask for a small supplement for sanitizing the rooms at the end of your stay. The apartment is checked again before departure and in the event of damage the deposit will be retained.
