Is the beach far?

Residence Caterina is located 100 metres from the sea, only 2 minutes walk along a street which leads directly to the beach.

Are the beach services included in the price?

They are not included but there are special offers and reductions for our guests.

Is there a car park?

A parking lot is reserved for each apartment in a covered garage only at 200 m from the residence.

Is there air-conditioning?

No, the apartments are not air-conditioning.

How far is the centre and the shopping area?

Residence Caterina stands in a central position, just at the outer limit of the pedestrian area (Dante Street), very near the shops and the town centre. The CONAD supermarket is only 150 m far and the town centre less than 100 m.

Is a washing machine available?

The residence has a washing machine and ironing board.

What is included in the price?

The prices included: use of electricity, water and gas, all taxes, parking and linen. The only compulsory supplement is the end of stay cleaning of the apartment (€ 30 for the two-roomed flat, € 40 for the three-roomed flat).

Are any bicycles available?

No, the residence is not provided with bicycles but you will find a private courtyard with a gate, so that you can park your bicycles in there.

Are kitchenware, towels and bed linen provided?

Yes, all the apartments are provided with kitchen utensils and crockery (no kitchen linen provided), bed and bathroom linen with weekly change.

Is an extra cleaning or an extra change of linen included in the price?

You can require an extra cleaning of the apartment or an extra change of linen for payment with a 3 days notice.

Are arrival and departure compulsory on Saturdays?

Generally yes. You can change the date of arrival and departure only if the apartment is available and upon agreement with the direction.
Until the first week of June and after the first week of September, however, it is possible to apply for stays of less than a week, with arrivals and departures on days other than Saturday.

When do you have to leave the apartment?

The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 on the established day.

Upon departure, the apartment must be returned with the kitchenette clean, all kitchen equipment washed and without any type of rubbish inside.

Are animals welcome?

Generally animals are welcome only of small size and if they are used to live in apartment, so that they do not bark, do not scratch doors or curtains and do not urinate on the sofa and balconies. The direction will check the apartment before departure and in case of damages caused by the animal, the caution money will be retained.
