Residence Caterina offers three types of apartments :

• two-room apartments (2+1) for a maximum of three people
• two-room apartments (2+2) that can accommodate up to 4 people
• three-room apartments (4+2) for 6 people (max)

Simplicity and Comfort

The apartments are furnished in a sober and accurate way, consisting of a double bedroom, living room / kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer, equipped balcony, safe, 32" TV, free WI-FI .

In the kitchen

Our kitchens are complete and equipped with a four-burner gas hob in stainless steel and are complete with utensils, crockery, refrigerator with freezer and microwave oven.

A parking space is reserved for each apartment in a covered garage 400 meters away.
We gladly welcome pets , as long as they are small and used to living in an apartment.
Coin-operated washing machine and ironing board in the common areas, private and fenced courtyard used as a parking area for bicycles and strollers .
